Our company has developed an in-house "bagging system" that focuses on "quality" and "cost" to solve the challenges of screws and assemblies. High-quality management is achieved with two sensors. The "counting sensor" captures products on a surface and can detect products falling while rotating, while the "weight sensor" inspects the total weight of the bagged items and performs the final check. We bag everything from "general items" to "special processed items" sourced through our network. Up to four parts can be bagged with standard machines.
